Administrative Clinical Supervisor - NIGHT SHIFT - Nursing Administration

SUMMARY OF POSITION

This job exercises delegated administrative responsibility and authority for the supervision of all hospital personnel and functions within the assigned work unit / location for the assigned shift.

Serves as a leader and resource person in facilitating efficient operational activities throughout the organization.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :

• Currently licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse by state of employment or holds a multistate RN license through the interstate Nurse Licensure Compact.
• AHA BLS before the end of the orientation period
• Previous work experience in a supervisory, management, or other healthcare leadership capacity
• Two (2) years of experience in an acute care setting

PREFERRED QUALIFICATION(S) :

Bachelor's of Nursing preferred
