Inventory Lead
Aerotek is NOW HIRING : Inventory Lead
Job Description
Oversee and perform cycle counts and transfers from SPP to TIC, ensuring products are placed in their correct inventory locations.
Lead the team in maintaining accurate inventory records and resolving discrepancies. Coordinate with team members to optimize material handling processes.
Supervise the movement of products between warehouses and ensure pallets are wrapped securely. Manage the receipt of incoming products from TIC and SPP, directing them to the QC inspection station.
Ensure all received products are processed efficiently and accurately. Lead the visual inspection and labeling of products, ensuring they are placed in the correct stock locations.
Train and guide team members on QC labeling standards and procedures. Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Manager, providing leadership and support to the team.

Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Carlsbad, California.
Work Environment
1st shift Hours 6 am to 2 : 30 pm OR 8-5pm Daily OT (30 mins). Fast-paced environment, small team so always helping other areas.
