Position Summary & Responsibilities
This role is responsible for managing and overseeing metrology and instrumentation. You will serve as the site owner for OKR and KPI performance metrics and the strategies necessity to facilitate the achievement of our performance targets.
key KPIs and metrics to enable Resilience to maintain compliance and reach our performance goals. This role will also be accountable for managing the day-to-day operation and activities associated with site metrology, instrumentation.
As a facilities leader, you will serve as a primary point of contact during agency audits and inspections. This role will participate in cross-functional interactions, helping identify and drive initiatives site-wide, developing a world-class maintenance culture and site.
- Responsible for maintaining the site calibration program in a compliance state
- Responsible for the management of the site instrumentation and controls team
- Serve as the site business owner reporting of performance KPIs Instrumentation and controls.
- Responsible for the management and execution of calibration and preventative maintenance for site standards, instrumentation, production equipment, and analytical systems
- Manages vendor contracts and vendor interactions to provide preventive and emergency service site standards, instrumentation, production equipment, and analytical systems
- Responsible for Managing materials necessary for the calibration and preventative maintenance on site standards, instrumentation, production equipment, and analytical systems.
- Serve as a primary facilities point of contact for regulatory audits in the areas of standards, instrumentation, production equipment, and analytical systems.
- Ensures a high level of customer service for our internal, external, and network customer base.
- Responsible for the maintenance, development, and approval of documents related to site calibration maintenance management and SOP’s, Work Plans, Job Aides, and policies
- Ensures on-time delivery of change controls and change control actions assigned to instrumentation and controls
- Ensures on-time closure of impact assessments, deviations, and CAPAs assigned to instrumentation and controls
Minimum Qualifications
- Extensive experience with regulations and GMP standards.
- Experienced in the preventative maintenance needs of process and utility systems in a GMP manufacturing and Laboratory environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a science-related discipline preferred or equivalent combination of education and work-related experience
- 5 years of Maintenance experience with in-depth knowledge and understanding calibration
- 2 years of managerial experience

Our target base pay hiring range for this position is $105,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year. Actual base pay is dependent upon a number of factors, including but not limited to, the candidate’s geographical location, relevant experience, qualifications, skills and knowledge.
