What is the Opportunity?
The Senior Product Manager Digital Implementations will be responsible for helping define and deliver on the product strategy for the end to end digital process and tooling for clients into the US Cash Management business.
We have a unique opportunity at RBC to build the cash management business of the future from the ground up. While we are building differentiated digital experiences for clients, a key aspect of the strategic differentiation emanates from our ability to provide digital client implementation experience that gives complete control to clients to manage their onboarding journey.
What will you do?
- Support the Product Strategy & Execution for US Cash Management in partnership with Product, Technology and other cross functional partners.
- Drive modern, frictionless User Experience (UX) design for seamless enterprise signup for and maintenance of Cash Management products.
- Proactively identify the opportunities to enhance client experience and drive the development of new processes and tools.
- Be the voice of the Implementation value stream in various internal and external forums to drive efficiencies in host to host, API and SWIFT channels as well to enhance the overall experience with RBCClear client facing portal.
- Partner with Account Management team to seek feedback from clients on digital product implementations and collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive client experience improvements.
- Enable and participate in forging creative partnerships with ecosystem providers.
What do you need to succeed?
- 5-7 years of product management experience working in a cash management business as a product owner responsible for developing tools and systems for external client host to host, API and file channel integrations.
- Strong Product Management background Adept in Human Centered Design, strong understanding of technical concepts and strong business acumen.
- Strong command of digitizing product implementation processes for corporate clients.
- Strong experience in working with corporate clients for cash product implementations such as ACH, Check, Wires and FX payments.
- Strong knowledge in developing client facing channels such as Host to Host connections, API integrations, SWIFT enablements and industry standard formats like ISO XML, and NACHA.
- Experience in helping craft user experience flows in tandem with backend processes / platforms.
- Proven track record of driving success in programs anchored on straight through processing / digitization.
- Ability to act as the product owner, providing end to end oversight of product in partnership with internal stakeholders and clients.
- Articulate communication skills with internal and external stakeholders in showcasing product ideas and collecting valuable feedback.
- Creativity in optimizing client experience based on the value to the user and the business.
- Comfortable working with quick turnaround times and deadlines.
- Can-do mindset, able to fail fast and pivot without taking circumstances personally.
- Ability to listen and engage stakeholders and effectively align others around a common goal.

- The good-faith expected salary range for the above position is $150,000 - $200,000. This salary range does not include other elements of total compensation, including a discretionary bonus and benefits such as a 401(k) program with company-matching contributions;
health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance; and paid time-off plan.
