JOB SUMMARY :
Tai Chi is an ancient form of exercise that has been proven effective for cancer patients to help them get moving and improve their overall sense of well-being.
The practice of Tai Chi can also reduce stress, anxiety, and improve the quality of sleep.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Minimize anxiety depression, and stress.
- Improve muscle strength, balance, and endurance.
- Reduce pain and muscle tension.
- Tap into and experience the power of controlling your breath.
QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS :
- Must be certified in Original Tai Chi Fundamentals
- Tai Chi Adaoted Program certifications
