g., microbiome, transcriptome and metabolome data to provide direct-to-consumer personalized dietary and lifestyle recommendations for healthier living.

We are searching for a Senior Media Buyer who will help grow and optimize Viomes paid media channels. The Senior Media Buyer will cross-collaborate with different functions within Marketing, Product, and Communications.

In this role, you will design, implement, measure, and iterate on paid media campaigns that drive our business metrics.

This is a full-time position located at our office in Bellevue, WA, reporting to the VP of Growth Marketing. Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement paid media campaigns to drive customer acquisition and maximize ROAS.
• Oversee the day-to-day of Viomes paid media programs and channels.
• Translate business goals and objectives into high performing campaigns, in collaboration with the product teams to optimize the customer experience and customer acquisition.
• Understand technology and consumer behavior trends and the impact on customer acquisition.
• Monitor conversion funnels and analyze campaign performance on a daily basis and reporting to senior leadership on a weekly and monthly basis.
• Generate weekly performance reports and share key results with the broader growth team.

Skills & Experience Required :

• 3+ years of hands-on experience running paid social, paid search, and display with a focus on direct to consumer.
• 3-5 years experience in marketing or a similar business function, ideally in a direct to consumer company. Health & Wellness sector experience is a plus.
• Participate in planning efforts to ensure optimal allocation of marketing dollars across all paid media platforms.
• Manage relationships with multiple agencies and ensure that agencies are consistently delivering against goals and bringing best-in-class expertise and valuable external perspectives.
• Strong understanding and / or exposure to the marketing technology landscape DSPs, DMPs, analytics & marketing automation platforms, mobile, social.
• You take initiative and solve problems, working in a fast-paced environment and can quickly adapt to changes.

Nice-to-have experience includes ...

• Experience with Youtube Ads and / or Youtube Marketing
• Competence in Google Analytics
• Competence in Excel
• Expertise on TikTok is hugely desirable.
