Production Assembler - Level II
Location : Clearwater
Pay Rate : $16-18 BOE
Bonus : Twice a year
Schedule : 6 : 30 AM - 3 : 00 PM, Monday Friday
We are seeking a motivated Production Assembler with soldering experience to join our team. If you have a year of assembly experience, a good work ethic, and are looking to grow with a company, this is the job for you!
Key Responsibilities :
- Assemble and test products following detailed instructions and standards.
- Ensure products meet company productivity and quality standards.
- Accurately complete timesheets and other documentation.
- Identify and suggest improvements to boost efficiency and quality.
- Perform basic soldering tasks and adhere to ESD practices.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace using 5S principles.
- Operate and calibrate tools like torque wrenches and digital multimeters.
- Handle epoxy and potting tasks as needed.
- Utilize assembly and test equipment properly and safely.
Requirements :
- Minimum of one year of basic production assembly experience.
- Past soldering experience required; current certification a plus.
- Detail-oriented with good manual dexterity.
- Ability to read and understand prints and process documentation.
- Strong math skills and a solid understanding of electrical principles.
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
