Facilities (Maintenance) Coordinator Direct Hire, Full-Time Philadelphia, $20
A Philadelphia, PA healthcare facility in the Roxborough area is in immediate need of a Facilities Maintenance Coordinator for a Direct Hire opportunity with a generous benefits package included!
A Day in the Life of a Facilities and Maintenance Coordinator
- Maintain and improve building features through making repairs to buildings using knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, painting and electricity using a variety of tools in a safe manner
- Build, install, and maintain new and existing building features
- Ensures safe environment for patients, visitors and staff through periodic patrol of buildings, grounds, and general facility
- Provide maintenance and janitorial services and supplies to local satellite offices
- Perform weather related clean up of facility grounds and local satellite offices
Requirements of the Facilities and Maintenance Coordinator
- Ability to regularly sit, stand and walk for extended periods of time; reach, bend and lift and / or move heavy objects up to 50lbs
- Previous experience with the frequent use of plant equipment including full operating and maintenance of power tools
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite
