- Performs corrective and preventative maintenance, operates assigned Hospital machinery and equipment, tests Hospital equipment and systems and constructs and modifies Hospital equipment and systems as directed.

- Experience : Two (2) years previous experience working with facility systems.

- Education : 2-Year Technical or Trade School OR sufficient experience of a related nature in lieu of degree
- Experience : Previous course work or experience with heating, ventilation and air conditioning.

READING - Intermediate : Ability to read and interpret documents such as operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.

- MATHEMATICAL SKILLS - Basic Skills : Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's.
