What You'll Do...
As an Inbound Sales Representative, you'll answer incoming calls and convert them into sales opportunities using a consultative approach.
You'll identify customer needs and recommend the best products or services to meet those needs, providing clear, detailed information about our offerings, including features, benefits, and pricing.
In each interaction, you'll maximize revenue by upselling and cross-selling additional products and services. Meeting or exceeding monthly sales quotas will be a key objective, along with maintaining accurate customer records in our CRM system.
You'll collaborate with team members to share strategies, continuously improve sales techniques, and stay informed on industry trends and product knowledge to provide the best possible solutions.

- An ability to understand and identify customer needs to recommend tailored products or services
- Skill in delivering clear, detailed information about our offerings, including features, benefits, and pricing
- A knack for upselling and cross-selling to enhance customer value and maximize revenue
- Commitment to meeting or exceeding monthly sales quotas and driving team success
- Precision in maintaining accurate customer records in our CRM system
- Team-oriented spirit to collaborate, share best practices, and refine sales techniques
- Enthusiasm for staying updated on product knowledge and industry trends to best serve our customers
What we need from You...
- Proven experience in inside sales and customer service, preferably in a call center environment
- Exceptional communication and listening skills, with a persuasive touch
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- A history of meeting or exceeding sales targets, showing your goal-oriented mindset
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- High school diploma or GED
