Responsibilities :
- Effectively communicate with both internal andexternal customers identifying their needs and resolving complexissues via telephone and electronic means.
- Perform a variety of transactions including tellertransactions account withdrawals and balancing duties.
- Build positive rapport with diverse personalitiesmaintaining a professional attitude.
- Navigatemultiple computer applications while assistingcustomers.
- Understand and recommend the bestproducts / services to meet customer needs.
- Interact with customers via phone chat sessions andemail.
- Respond to customer inquiriespromptly.
- Demonstrate expertise in online andmobile banking technology.
- Meet call centerperformance metrics.
- Contribute processimprovement ideas.
- Protect customerinformation and comply with regulations.
Qualifications :
- High School Diploma required.
- Intermediate technology skills fluency in WindowsOperating Systems and Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Strong communication multitasking and problemsolvingabilities.
