Compensation :

$100,000 - $120,000 yearly

Responsibilities :

• Provide legal representation for clients on immigration matters, including court appearances
• Conduct client consultations, prepare them for interviews, and coordinate with external agencies
• Supervise the work of paralegals, ensuring accurate recordkeeping and document preparation
• Draft motions, orders, judgments, and status updates as needed
• Maintain client confidentiality and manage case files efficiently

Base Salary : $100,000 - $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience

Qualifications :

• Juris Doctor degree and admission to practice law in the U.S.
• 3+ years of immigration law experience , including family-based immigration cases
• Experience with removal defense and litigation in Immigration Court
• Prior experience working in a law firm setting
• Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage priorities independently , meet deadlines, and work under pressure
