You are going to create an unforgettable shopping vibe that brings the in-store experience to life. You will play an integral role in ensuring the store experience is one that resonates with all brand fans that come through the doors.

What You’ll Do : Energy Booster : Bring your enthusiasm and leadership skills to oversee store opening and closing duties, ensuring smooth operations and a welcoming atmosphere each and every day.

Customer Delight Specialist : Set the standard for exceptional customer service, making every shopping experience memorable.

Leadership Advocate : Collaborate with the Store Manager and Assistant Managers to achieve sales goals, maintain operational efficiency, and uphold the brand’s standards.

Manager on Duty : Step up as the store leader on duty, providing guidance and motivation to the team through constructive feedback, training, and development.

Efficiency Champion : Execute key operational tasks, including visual merchandising, inventory management, and maintaining the store's appearance.

Success Metrics : Team Visionary : Lead and inspire the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets, while supporting their career growth.

Daily Operations : Efficiently handle opening and closing registers, execute visual merchandising, manage inventory, and maintain cleanliness.

Brand Fans : Build and nurture brand loyalty through exceptional in-store experiences in a fast-paced environment. Pursuit to Excellence : Demonstrate a dedication to the company values, innovative business approach, leadership principles, and customer-first philosophy.

Who We’re Looking For : Experience : 3+ years in the retail industry, with at least 1 year in a retail management role. Leadership Skills : Strong leadership and communication abilities, with a knack for motivating and inspiring a team.

Problem-Solving : Quick-thinking and decisive, capable of handling challenges with ease. Customer Focus : A passion for delivering top-notch customer service and creating a positive shopping experience.
