At ARMI Manufacturing, we are a one-off, engineer-to-order manufacturing shop that combines advanced technology with expert craftsmanship to deliver precision and quality.

Our cutting-edge CNC machinery, automated sheet tower, and 5k laser processes up to 850 square feet of material per hour, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.

With a 150-ton CNC press brake and precision-ground dies, we produce exceptional parts with tight tolerances. Our skilled fabricators take pride in creating top-tier, custom products, all of which undergo a detailed weld passivation process for a sanitary, polished finish perfect for the food industry.

How you will make an impact

• Lead and manage all aspects of our manufacturing facility, ensuring excellence in production, quality control, maintenance, and safety.
• Oversee daily operations, driving projects to completion ahead of schedule and under budget.
• Develop and implement strategies tailored to each work cell to enhance manufacturing capacity.
• Provide leadership to department heads, fostering a collaborative, high-performance environment.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including equipment fabrication, manufacturing standards, and environmental requirements.
• Drive a culture of safety, ensuring adherence to safety regulations and best practices to maintain an elite safety record.
• Collaborate with the Admin Support Team to create and implement employee training programs.
• Oversee staffing, equipment utilization, labor efficiency, and team training.

What You Need to Succeed

• Proven leadership experience in manufacturing, with at least 10 years of management experience.
• Food industry experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively at all levels.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
• A valid driver’s license.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
