DKD Enterprises LLC is looking for a Receptionist in the Albuquerque, New Mexico area.

Scope of Work :

Provides general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Answers telephones and directs the caller to the appropriate employee or the employee’s voice mailbox;
  • Greets and directs visitors to the Company;
  • Takes and retrieves messages for various personnel;
  • Provides callers with information such as Company address, directions to the Company location, Company fax numbers, Company website, and other related information;
  • Receives, sorts, and forwards incoming mail;
  • Maintains and routes publications;
  • Coordinates the pick-up and delivery of express mail services (FedEx, UPS, etc.);
  • Assists Accounts Payable Clerk with filing and invoicing;
  • Assists Accountant with the preparation of payroll;
  • Assists in the ordering, receiving, stocking, and distribution of office supplies;
  • May also assist with other related clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, filing, shredding, and collating.
  • Back up for General Office Clerk
  • Any other duties as required.

Skills and Abilities Required :

  • Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and the Internet;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required;
  • A professional appearance and telephone manner is essential;
  • Must have good command of the English language, oral and written;
  • Must be able to type 40-45 wpm.
  • Hr and accounting experience are a plus.

Education and Experience Required :

  • Possession of a high school diploma or equivalent (GED).
  • 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience and / or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Possession of strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Possesses exceptional interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently on assigned tasks as well as to accept direction on given assignments.
  • Able to work collectively with the administrative team associates.

Working Conditions / Physical Functions :

  • Required to sit for long periods of time.
  • Infrequent light physical effort required.
  • Work performed in an office environment.
