Responsibilities : Source, evaluate, network, and hire top tier talentProtect and improve the candidate experienceUse hiring metrics to develop new and more efficient hiring solutionsHelp fill the highest priority hiring needs for the companyProvide daily support to Head of Talent Acquisition on key business initiatives, TA / HR projects, and overall reporting and leadership among the TA team.

Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience recruiting for a wide array of manufacturing positions2+ years of experience tracking metrics and utilizing data to make decisions inclusive of hiring timeline, recruiter bandwidth, or offer acceptance rate Recruiting in a manufacturing environment highly preferred.

Pharmaceutical Industry experience a plus.Demonstrated ability influencing senior leadersA love for solving challenging problems and building programs for scaleStrong organizational skills and an ability to quickly prioritize competing prioritiesCustomer-focused attitude, excellent interpersonal skills to handle all levels within an organization, and a track record of providing a high-touch experience to both candidates and hiring managersAbility to find untapped talent outside traditional means and engage top talent with your personalized approachExperience networking, sourcing, and hiring diverse talent globallyExperience mentoring junior teammates Actual base compensation may vary based on a number of factors, including but not limited to geographical location and experience.
