What will you be doing :

Ideal candidate will havedemonstrated experience in developing commercial software with web-based service architecture as well as experience with good engineering practices like continuous integration / deployment, automated testing, thorough test coverage, and so on.

This role will have full latitude for independent judgment when applying skills and problem-solving capabilities, with input and minimal oversight.

This individual is also expected to keep their skillset up to date by studying state-of-the-art development tools, programming techniques, and computing equipment;

participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; participating in professional organizations.

Required Qualifications

Work Experience :

Years of Applicable Experience - 2 or more years

Education :

High School Diploma or GED (Required)

Preferred Qualifications

Relevant Experience to include :

• Knowledge of Python API development (FastAPI and SQLAlchemy especially helpful)
• Postgres development and query optimization
• Experience with AWS ecosystem (EC2, Fargate, S3, SNS, KMS, Aurora)
• Experience developing with Docker
• Automated provisioning / deployment pipelines and other devOps tooling (prior experience with Ansible / AWS build is helpful)

Premier's compensation philosophy is to ensure that compensation is reasonable, equitable, and competitive in order to attract and retain talented and highly skilled employees.

Premier's internal salary range for this role is $64,000 - $118,000. Final salary is dependent upon several market factors including, but not limited to, departmental budgets, internal equity, education, unique skills / experience, and geographic location.

Premier utilizes a wide-range salary structure to allow base salary flexibility within our ranges.
