Our 10-week Summer Internship Program kicks off in June 2026 and offers you the chance to dive into the fast-paced world of investments, learn from industry pros, and build connections that will last a lifetime. In this internship, you'll get hands-on experience, one-on-one mentorship, and the inside scoop on what it's really like to work at a global investment firm. As part of a Summer Internship Program cohort, you will have a variety of initiatives to keep you engaged throughout the summer including orientation, networking events, development workshops, and volunteer activities. You'll work side-by-side with talented teams to learn about the business.

What You'll Do

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on assigned tasks and initiatives
• Attend team meetings, complete assigned projects within established timelines, and present findings to management
• Prepare presentations, summaries, and other materials for internal and external stakeholders
• Seek feedback and guidance from mentors and team members to support learning and growth
• Conduct valuation of target companies using methodologies such as comparable company analysis and discounted cash flow (DCF) analysis
• Support the team in researching industry trends, financial statements, and market data
• Participate in training sessions and networking opportunities to further develop your technical and professional skills
• Join regular team meetings to understand our top-down macro investment process and performance metrics. Includes PM, CPM, risk, and research teams
