Position : Sr. Full Stack Engineer (Remote)
Salary : 140-155k
Job Overview : We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer with expertise in React, PHP, and MySQL. Reporting to Lead Software Engineer, this person will lead and mentor remote teams, oversee third-party contractors, and drive SaaS development projects.
Responsibilities :
- Lead Development Initiatives : Oversee the creation and enhancement of best practices for full stack engineering.
- Architect and Build Solutions : Design and implement software solutions to address complex problems.
- Collaborate and Innovate : Partner with UX / UI designers and engineers to develop new features and improve existing ones.
- Modernize Systems : Update existing functionality using the latest SDLC methodologies.
- Standardize and Optimize : Ensure consistent and optimized user interfaces across all projects.
- Mentor and Develop Talent : Provide guidance and support to junior developers, promoting a culture of continuous learning.
Qualifications :
- Full Stack Expertise : 4+ years of experience with React.js and PHP.
- Database Skills : Strong background in MySQL and database design.
- SaaS Development Experience : 4+ years working on a SaaS development team.
- Optimization Expertise : Proficient in frontend and backend optimization and best practices.
- Web Services Knowledge : Familiar with concepts like OAuth2 and RESTful APIs.
- Technical Proficiency : Skilled in HTML, CSS3, JavaScript (NodeJS, NPM), and unit testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Enzyme).
- Version Control Experience : Proficient in Git and other version control systems.
- Strong Communication : Effective communicator, comfortable engaging with stakeholders and team members.
- Project Management Skills : Capable of handling multiple projects and deadlines concurrently.
- Laravel Framework : Experience with Laravel is preferred but not essential.
- Agile Methodologies : Familiarity with agile development practices.
- Process Improvement : Ability to design and implement new processes.
