Associate Director, Digital Menu Experience
Job Description
The Digital Menu Experience (DMX) team has been created to leverage & improve our digital menu & shopping experience in order to get the right products to the right people.
Working across the US meal kit brands (HelloFresh, EveryPlate, & Green Chef), this team encompasses the Content Management & Merchandising functions, & is additionally responsible for leading coordination with our HelloTech partners on development of new digital menu features & tools, as well as our testing roadmap - all in the service of creating a clear & compelling digital shopping experience that brings our product offering to life for our customers.
As the leader of this team, this person will oversee both the executional responsibilities of this team - ensuring timely & error-free presentation of our weekly menus & merchandising efforts as we continue to invest in more sophisticated & complex offerings - as well as longer-term strategic direction for our digital menu experience.
S / he will help the team to evolve from a primarily executional focus to a more strategic & customer-led approach to digital merchandising, rooted in strong customer insights & menu interaction data.
To do this, s / he will translate the direction of the team into a clear roadmap of initiatives to make our product offerings individually more comprehensible, distinctive & appealing;
collectively more coherent & navigable. And this person will need to work effectively at the center of a range of functions & stakeholders to navigate needs & influence decisions - with key partners including Product Management, Menu Planning, US Monetization, HelloTech Food Alliance.
To succeed in this role, youll need to be an effective people leader & organizational influencer.
You will
- Digital Design : Optimize our application of current digital tools to elevate our menu for existing & new products; & drive priorities & collaboration with Food Alliance in order to accelerate new & better UX
- Content Management : Scale our upload operations to provide greater variety & personalization, all while ensuring operational excellence
- Merchandising : Elevate merchandising tools & process to attract, retain & engage customers & drive AOV
- Testing : Expand testing across all brands to improve price, assortment & tech innovations in order to better position our product offerings

You have
- Undergraduate degree
- 4+ years of experience with consumer, product, and / or culinary experience preferred
- Experience managing people, with an ability to drive results while leading with compassion
