Overnight Security Officer
The Outlets at Anthem offers pedestrian-friendly and pet-friendly open-air shopping of name brand fashions to residents and visitors alike.
Outlets at Anthem is always high on the itinerary with more than 60 designer brand shops.
The Outlets at Anthem is hiring a part time Overnight Security Officer to patrol the grounds and provide a safe shopping experience.

SUMMARY
The Overnight Security Officer patrols the grounds and buildings of the Outlets at Anthem. This position performs a variety of tasks while working under general supervision, and aims to keep the shopping center and its patrons safe.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Protects the property both on foot and by vehicle, being visible and observant at all times.
- Maintains the security cellular phone and professionally responds to all calls for service within the Center.
- Ensures the safety, comfort and satisfaction of the shopping public by always exhibiting a professional and helpful attitude.
- Ensures critical areas of the property are being monitored.
- Maintains complete knowledge of all security operations, policies and procedures.
- Documents security activity using appropriate corporate and center security forms, always ensuring the work product is concise, accurate, and thorough.
- Assists the Security Supervisor and Security Director in implementing the center's Security work plan, assigned work activities, projects and programs.
- Performs all duties according to OSHA established health and safety standards.
- Assists the Security Supervisor and Security Director in training new security personnel.
- Complies with all Corporate and Security policies and procedures that pertain to the Center.
- Establishes and maintains working relationships with store managers and employees on an on going basis to enhance the security and safety of all employees and the general public.
- Performs special projects or other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma or its equivalent.
- 2 - 3 years of experience in the field or in a related area preferred.
