- Onboard new listings with Sales Agents
- Create 6 month campaign calendar
- Brochure creation
- Create Graphics using Adobe Illustrator, Indesign, and Photoshop
- Photo Editing
- Basic Website Maintenance
- Post brochures on online platforms
- Order signs
- Eblasts : Create Coordinate, and Schedule
- Execute marketing efforts per calendared timeline
- Content Creation
Requirement
Marketing knowledge and experience.
- Use of AI in order to execute tasks and create content more effeciently
- Ability to organize and prioritize multiple projects
- Strong communication, writing and presentation skills
- Technical proficiency in a variety of software programs, including Canva, Indesign, Publisher, PowerPoint, Etc
- Innovative. Thoughtful and creative in finding ways to execute your role with greater efficiency.
