Summary :
Support the IT Project Manager with coordination of workstream deliverables.
Project Information :
The Salesforce / D365 / EQAI Integration project consists of six distinct workstreams to integrate acquired businesses into common systems.
These workstreams have staggered go-live dates to accommodate the work and business needs. One workstream went live 6 / 1 / 24, future workstreams planned to go live 8 / 1 / 24, 10 / 1 / 24, 11 / 1 / 24, and 2 / 1 / 25.
Responsibilities :
- Monitor progress and update project schedules, advise project manager if tasks slipping.
- Monitor risks, action items, issues, and decisions to document and follow-up as needed.
- Coordinate delivery of hardware to affected sites.
- Ensure effective communication with the sites to ensure a smooth go-live.
- Create and post documentation to Teams / SharePoint sites.
- Facilitate team meetings and document decisions and action items.
Minimum Qualifications :
- Ability to communicate technical information verbally and in writing.
- Highly organized and motivated individual
- Ability to work effectively with IT and non-IT team members.
Preferred Qualifications :
- PMI CAPM Certification
- Certified Scrum Master
