Overview The Project Coordinator Preconstruction will provide full time support to the Project Manager(s), Architecture and the Preconstruction Manager during the Preconstruction Phase of Projects.
Additionally, the Project Coordinator Preconstruction will assist the Senior Project Manager, Architecture with the administration and continuous improvement of the departmental Workflow Management System, including business processes, essential templates, and administering workflow systems (e.
g., file shares, collaborative technology platforms, project management systems, etc.). Hybrid schedule; in office Tuesday-Thursday.
Monday & Friday remote. Overview of Responsibilities Manage document transfer and maintain all file archives including Lease Exhibits, Design-related Contracts, Meeting Artifacts, Design Documents, and Budget Files Process and log financial documentation in Accounting system and utilize Log tracking measures to monitor process flow, budget status and approvals Assist with prototype management, as the custodian of the official Design Standard Guidelines, Prototype Construction Documents and Specifications, Equipment Cut Sheets and supporting prototype files Develop skills necessary to effectively administer the departmental project management system (Smartsheet-based) Coordinate Preconstruction Phase project meetings as required and assist Managers by obtaining status updates from partner organizations through effective and influential verbal and written communication Monitor, log and report on project workflow for the Preconstruction Phase of Projects Autonomously manage certain supporting business processes to enable efficient and timely project design development as assigned #LI-MS1 Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of experience in Real Estate, Architecture or Construction Project Coordination;
equivalent experience in similar project management environments will be considered Working Knowledge of : MS Office Applications, Adobe Acrobat and / or Bluebeam Revu.
Smartsheet experience a plus Real Estate, Design Development and Construction Processes (Proposals, Contracts, Leases, Permitting, etc.
