Construction Project Coordinator

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a commercial real estate company in Scottsdale. This organization is in search of a project coordinator to join their team.

This individual must have experience utilizing Yardi, as well as a few years of project coordination experience under their belt.

This job is Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, fully onsite. The salary range is between $65,000-$75,000.

The Project Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating various construction and property management projects.

This role is crucial in ensuring that our projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Coordinate and manage all phases of construction projects, from planning and design to execution and completion.
  • Utilize Yardi software to track project progress, manage budgets, and ensure accurate documentation.
  • Collaborate with project managers, contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Prepare and maintain project schedules, reports, and documentation.
  • Monitor project timelines and budgets, identifying and addressing any potential issues or delays.
  • Facilitate communication between internal teams and external partners to ensure project goals are met.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and compliance with project specifications and standards.
  • Assist in the preparation of project proposals, bids, and contracts.
  • Ensure all projects comply with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.

Requirements :

  • MUST have Yardi experience to be considered for this role.
  • Proven experience in construction project coordination or a similar role within the commercial real estate industry, at least 4 years.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Project Management software.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
