Are you an experienced project coordinator with a knack for managing workflows and ensuring timely project completions? Join our dynamic team at a leading construction company, where you'll play a key role in supporting our Project Manager with sub-contracts, change orders, and submittals.

Responsibilities :

• Oversee procurement and initiate project start-up documents.
• Manage sub-contracts and owner change orders.
• Request and review material and shop drawing submittals.
• Assist in project management meetings and take minutes.
• Maintain essential project documentation.
• Act as a reliable support to the project team.

Qualifications :

• Minimum of 5 years experience as a project coordinator, assistant, or project engineer.
• Strong project management skills.
• Excellent analytical and critical thinking abilities.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office and email communication.
• Familiarity with construction software such as Bluebeam, PDF, and Procore is a plus.
• Strategic mindset
