We are seeking a Marketing Manager to join our growing team. The Marketing Manager will help our Veterinarian Partners practices define and execute marketing strategies to drive incremental patient volume, both through new patient growth and existing patient retention.

Job Responsibilities

Liaison with Digital Marketing Agency to implement and fulfill all paid and social media advertisements and strategies.

Search, Display, Paid Social).

  • Collaborate on SEM programs from lead generation, content promotion, conversion, and branding.
  • Coordinate Social Media postings across platforms.
  • Collaborate with hospital administrative teams to develop organic growth campaigns.
  • Responsible for executing Email marketing campaigns for patient retention.
  • Ensure all affiliate websites are maximized for optimal user experience and SEO.
  • Content Creation.
  • Build awareness of the services provided at Veterinarian Partners affiliates.
  • Responsible for activities designated to increasing patient referrals.
  • Collaborate with Operations to identify and implement local community and sponsorship marketing activities.
  • Track and generate monthly KPIs and marketing reporting.
  • Oversee all marketing elements for new clinic openings as well as new provider and affiliate onboarding.
  • Understand and apply industry and competitor knowledge to enhance strategy.
  • Execute marketing activity to improve the patient experience.
  • Enhance content development and support ongoing development of marketing materials and advertisements.
  • Build and distribute timely reports and dashboards from tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics and Agency Dashboard to include web traffic, paid search, social, and call tracking.
  • Create and monitor strategies, timelines, calendars, and goals.
  • Track website performance and develop new processes to improve results.
  • Other marketing duties as assigned.

Required Criteria

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or business-related field; or equivalent work experience.
  • At least 5-6 years of marketing / communication / advertising or business experience with demonstrated success, preferably in healthcare.
  • High quality standards and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proven oral and written communication skills, organizational and presentation skills to interact with internal and external business partners.
  • Ability to focus attention on activities and strategies that drive success.
  • Ability to exercise independent judgement.
  • Some travel required.
  • At least 2-3 years of previous experience in SEO, SEM (PPC), and digital marketing.
  • In-depth understanding of Google Analytics, WordPress, SEO services and online tracking tools (SEMrush, Moz, etc.), Google Search Console, back-end SEO, and metadata.
  • Intermediate to advanced level of knowledge of social media channels (Facebook / IG, LinkedIn).
  • Proven experience with content marketing and organic search.
  • Experience in cultivating SEO keywords and phrases to drive web traffic.
  • Highly motivated self-starter that embraces the challenge of finding unique solutions to challenging problems.
  • Prior experience within a DSO / medical / healthcare organization.
  • Local to the greater Chicago area.

Preferred Criteria

  • Experience within a PE-owned healthcare company.
  • Agency or multi-site / multi-brand marketing experience.

Compensation

Highly competitive compensation consisting of base salary and an annual performance bonus.
