Job Description

Our client is a leading healthcare company with an upcoming need for Customer Services Representatives in San Diego, CA. This position is hybrid-remote, so candidates must live within 30-minutes of San Diego, CA. Candidates must be comfortable commuting to the office 3-4 times per week. This is a 1-year temporary position, but could extend.

Details :

  • $23-26 / hr based on experienced
  • Mon-Fri 8am-5pm (40 hours per week)
  • Some holidays are required
  • Location : San Diego, CA 92108
  • 1 year assignment, potential to extend based on need and performance

Responsibilities & Qualifications :

  • High volume data entry, contract processing, and answering inbound calls from customers / members.
  • Documenting all incoming contacts to determine their nature and respond to complex calls related to specialized product lines or queues.
  • Problem resolution, escalations, and rerouting calls to the appropriate departments.
  • High School Diploma / GED required
  • 3+ years of customer service / call center experience required. 1+ years of proven data entry experience
