The ideal candidate will ensure customer satisfaction, supervise job sites, perform carpentry labor, manage subcontractors, handle material takeoffs and orders, maintain job site records, and manage project budgets.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to : Act as the on-site manager, representing the company to customers and the community.

Perform various carpentry tasks including framing, finishing, and cabinetry installation.Supervise and assign work to other carpenters and helpers.

Understand and manage all job paperwork : budgets, plans, specifications, and change orders.Manage project budgets and discuss with management as needed.

Schedule and coordinate subcontractors, ensuring adherence to company policies.Prepare and inspect material takeoffs and orders for accuracy and quality.

Maintain a clean and safe job site, ensuring daily cleanup and debris management.Protect and respect customer property and adhere to all site security measures.

Ensure job safety for both customers and workers.Document and get office approval for any extra work or changes requested by customers.

Monitor the project schedule and communicate delays or changes to the Production Manager.Check in with the Production Manager daily to report on progress and discuss needs.

Follow through on all tasks, resolving any issues and completing all loose ends.The ideal candidate should possess : Proven experience as a lead carpenter or similar role.

Strong carpentry skills with the ability to perform physically demanding tasks.Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.

Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project plans.Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
