They are currently seeking a dedicated Legal Secretary to join their dynamic team.
Job Description :
- Provide administrative support to attorneys and legal staff
- Prepare legal documents, such as pleadings, briefs, and motions
- Assist with document organization and management using iManage or similar software
- Maintain client files and ensure all documents are properly filed and organized
- Proofread legal documents for accuracy and completeness
- Assist with drafting correspondence and client communications
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence
Microsoft Office,Civil Litigation,Secretary
Qualifications :
- College degree or equivalent experience
- Proven experience as a legal secretary or similar role with 3+ years in civil litigation defense
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
- Strong knowledge of legal terminology and procedures
- Self-starter with the ability to prioritize tasks
