What you do :

Liaison with important Partners and IT in the analysis and delivery of enhancements, projects and products for specific capability domain.

Execute, with advanced ability, assessing and documenting business risks, creating business cases, identifying impacted team members, developing communication plans, creating As Is / To Be process flows, facilitating and documenting gap analysis, and facilitating JAR sessions.

Provide mentorship and guidance to other business analysts. Must have knowledge of RSP and expert knowledge level in one Allianz business line with intermediate understanding of the other business lines.

You will report to the Operations Technical Manager.

• Stay close to business process decisions, and ensure teams are aligning with business configuration team to ensure that platform stays true to base across all lines of business / projects.
• Work with respective scrum teams to coach and train on configuration standards and best practices. Consult and recommend solutions to meet goals and ensure recommended process and business solutions are consistent.
• Create / Participate and is aligned on recommendations to base changes. Champion them to approval / implementation. If not aligned, be prepared to offer alternate solutions to meet shared needs.
• Assist teams to deliver solid / consistent requirements for ALIP 2.0 platform by creating requirement templates, reviewing and approving user stories, reviewing and approving Business Requirement Document's.

Documented process / template on requirement expectations, approval, monitoring, adherence.

Ensure Business Requirement Document's are complete, up to date, and stored in a consistent location. Follow documented process for ensuring changes to the platform are aligned with consistency and simplicity standards.

What you bring :

• 6-7 years of experience required, Business Analysis in Financial Services and / or Insurance Industry; demonstrated accomplishments in implementing projects and other initiatives
• Four-year degree required, or equivalent work experience
