Plant Operator : Cannon Falls , MN
Our customer in Cannon Falls, Minnesota, is seeking motivated individuals to join their team. We’re recruiting Plant Operators to work full-time on 1st shift.
They are seeking motivated individuals to join their team who can contribute to the overall success of the company.
Responsibilities of the Plant Operator :
- Operate and monitor plant equipment and machinery.
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance to ensure optimal plant operations.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times.
- Load and unload materials and ensure efficient production flow.
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and report to the supervisor as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the plant area.
Plant Operator Requirements and Qualifications :
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or plant environment preferred.
- Ability to work independently and follow detailed instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Good physical condition, able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Basic mechanical skills a plus.
- Must be able to work 3rd shift and be reliable.
Pay for Plant Operator : Starting at $20 / hour.
