As a Workday Learning Application Management Services (AMS) Functional Service Lead your primary responsibilities may include : Oversee multiple functional work streams / domains on a Workday application management services (AMS) engagement (e.

g, function as the overall Lead for the engagement).Manage on and off-shore functional teams.Lead the Learning AMS engagement driving towards decisions and recommending best practices related to Workday functionalityIdentify strategies, risks, and options, recommend approaches and mitigations to meet client / functional requirementsTroubleshoot production break-fixes from triage through resolutionImplement enhancements and new features from discovery through deploymentLead, mentor, counsel and manage performance of project staffServe as a single point of contact for the client and provide direction to resources to ensure that all work streams are cohesive and cross functional impacts are considered and mitigatedAdvise clients on industry standards and leading practices.

Demonstrate design options using prototyping.Understand and apply Workday and Accenture methodologies.Provide the client with status updates and keep them apprised of overall project statusMaintain responsibility for performance, cost, scope, schedule, quality, and appropriate business measurementsAssist as needed in the sales process including scoping projects and estimating efforts to complete the implementationDemonstrate strong client and stakeholder management to achieve project objectivesEnsure the client takes advantage of Workday best practices.

Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiencies and execute optimization projectsSupport innovation through the creation of new industry leading methods and assetsTravel may be required for this role.

The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.Here's what you need : Workday Partner CertificationMinimum of 2 years of consulting experience, most recently in a Lead or similar level roleMinimum of 2 years of Learning / HCM ImplementationsBachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience).
