Jim Coleman Automotive is a 3rd generation family-owned dealership founded in 1968 by Mr. William Coleman. The company has been selling and servicing cars in the DMV since the 1950s, establishing a dealership with superior customer service standards.
Jim Coleman Automotive now has 9 franchises throughout Maryland, including locations in Bethesda, Silver Spring, Clarksville, and Ellicott City.

Responsibilities - Car Sales :
- Greet customers in a friendly manner and listen to their requirements to match their vehicle needs with one in the current inventory.
- Accompany customers on test drives and demonstrate vehicle features and technology.
- Follow guidelines and best practices for dealing with and handling Internet inquiries.
- Assist all customers who arrive in our showroom.
- Build rapport with customers to establish a customer network for referrals.
- Work with sales managers and BDC staff to capitalize on all opportunities.
- Keep up with industry standards and best practices.
- Complete training classes and e-modules to gain and maintain certifications.
- Always take care of the customer and have fun while maintaining professionalism.
Requirements :
- Valid MD / DC / VA Driver's License
- Ability to pass a drug and background check
