A company is looking for an Employee Benefits Department Manager who will drive sales growth and manage a team of benefits sales professionals.
Key Responsibilities : Develop and implement sales strategies to drive new business and expand client relationshipsLead, coach, and mentor a team of employee benefits sales representatives to achieve sales targetsBuild and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring personalized solutions and high service levelsRequired Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field5+ years of experience in employee benefits sales, with at least 2 years in a management roleStrong understanding of employee benefits products, including health, dental, and retirement plansProven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targetsLicenses in Life and Health Insurance preferred
