Integral Senior Living / Sooner Station at University NorthPark is looking for a Sales and Marketing Assistant to join our Norman, OK location.

POSITION SUMMARY

This collaborative position will execute marketing and sales strategies including advertising, marketing collateral, media relations, analysis, tracking results, reporting on ROI, and managing monthly expenses within budget for Integral Senior Living communities.

Responsibilities :

• Manage DSL brand standards across all marketing channels
• Become an expert of current and future DSL markets, taking ownership of the business unit through the understanding of the competition and local socioeconomic factors
• Execute creative strategy and development of robust campaigns
• Develop flyers, advertising, brochures, program support materials, presentation materials, direct mail and more for DSL markets
• Implement, track and analyze digital marketing initiatives
• Develop content and manage updates for DSL community websites
• Grow social media engagement through community Facebook pages and other social channels
• Grow video collection through the OneDay App
• Strategize and support ongoing community lead generation and lead conversion events
• Oversee the implementation and roll-out of new marketing initiatives
• Manage the online reputation of DSL communities by monitoring and responding to reviews
• Grow client reviews through Google, Facebook, and testimonials
• Manage public relations and media engagement
• Research marketing opportunities to engage and differentiate DSL product and service offerings
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in marketing with five or more years of proven marketing experience
• Experience using Customer Relationship Management software
• Two years analysis and reporting experience
• Experience developing short and long-term marketing strategies with traditional and non- traditional marketing channels, creating sales-driven messaging, overseeing creative development, and forecasting response
• Experience with Marketing Automation systems
• Ability to track, analyze and report on ROI data
• Experience with budget monitoring, GL codes and P & L reports
• Ability to build relationships and articulate ideas well
• Excellent grammar, editing and copy-writing skills
