General Manager

Job Description :

As the General Manager - HVAC with Dehumidification Expertise, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our HVAC operations with a specific focus on dehumidification systems.

You will play a key role in developing and implementing strategic initiatives to expand our market presence, enhance product offerings, and optimize operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in HVAC engineering and management, with demonstrated experience in dehumidification technologies.

Key Responsibilities :

• Leadership : Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business objectives, including revenue growth, market expansion, and profitability targets.
• Management : Lead and motivate a diverse team of engineers, technicians, and sales professionals to deliver exceptional results and foster a culture of collaboration and innovation.
• Development : Collaborate with the R&D team to identify market needs and opportunities for new product development or enhancements to existing products, particularly in the area of dehumidification.
• Marketing : Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective strategies for promoting our HVAC and dehumidification solutions, including targeting key market segments and establishing strong customer relationships.
• Excellence : Implement best practices and processes to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations, including supply chain management, production planning, and quality control.
• Satisfaction : Champion a customer-centric approach across the organization, ensuring that we consistently deliver high-quality products and services that exceed customer expectations.
• Compliance : Stay abreast of industry regulations and standards related to HVAC and dehumidification systems, ensuring that our products and processes are compliant with all relevant requirements.
• Management : Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting activities, ensuring that financial targets are met and resources are allocated effectively.

Qualifications :

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Experience in a leadership role within the HVAC industry, with a focus on dehumidification systems.
• Technical expertise in HVAC engineering principles, including design, installation, and maintenance of dehumidification systems.
• Track record of successfully developing and implementing strategic plans to drive business growth and profitability.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve common goals.
