Position Overview & Responsibilities
- Manages all aspects of the business resulting in high guest satisfaction, meeting revenue / profit targets, great employment engagement and meeting all corporate and food safety standards
- Manages inventory, food and labor costs
- Effective management of staff including hiring, firing, training, scheduling and mentoring maximizing employment engagement
- Manages inventory
- Demonstrate strong understanding of guest satisfaction
- Proactive management of issues
- A leader, great with people, caring
- Must be hands on and be ready to get behind the counter and make sandwiches

Position Requirements
- 1 year of restaurant management experience (AGM or Restaurant Manager)
- Great people skills, demonstration of developing teams
- Experience managing labor and food costs and revenue
- Experience creating staff schedules, managing inventory, training staff and managing revenue
- Understands P&L
- FOH Guest facing experience
- Strong communication skills
- Very organized, respectful, good communications and Positive attitude
- Computer skills (works with POS)
