We are currently working with a rapidly growing consumer goods company that is disrupting the market in which it operates.
It is a company that has made diversity and pay equity a hallmark of their business. As they continue to grow, they are looking for an Inventory Planning Manager to help optimize inventory across their growing network.
Position Description :
- Update and create new inventory planning tools and the warehouse footprint continues to grow with the growth of the company.
- Create and communicate inventory KPIs.
- Create Inventory optimization tools that consider production capacity, cash flow, network space and transportation.
- Lead supply chain projects to improve efficiency and service as needed.
- Working closely with Demand and Supply Planning and support with inventory reporting.
Background Required :
- Highly energetic individual with at least +2 years of Supply Chain and Inventory Management experience.
- ASCM CPIM preferred.
- Comfort level leveraging Excel while the organization moves to a more formal planning tool over the next 1-2 years.
- Bachelors required.
- Proven track record of success in similar role.
Miscellaneous :
- $100 - 110K + bonus + equity (very generous).
- Full benefit package including medical, dental and 401(k).
