Job Summary :
We're seeking a Senior Software Development Engineer to join the AWS Marketing Insights team. In this role, you'll be responsible for creating robust infrastructure to provide data-driven insights within AWS, leveraging the latest technologies for data ingestion, processing, and analysis.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, data engineering, and automation, with a solid understanding of AWS services.
Key Responsibilities :
- Architect scalable and fault-tolerant services for data ingestion into warehouses or lakes.
- Implement processes for data validation, cleansing, and deduplication to ensure data quality.
- Design and develop high-performance, scalable, and cost-efficient data storage solutions.
- Automate infrastructure deployment and maintenance using CI / CD principles.
- Collaborate with analysts and managers to understand data needs, developing optimized data models and maintaining ETL processes.
Must-Have Skills :
- Looking for a software engineer who is strong in building AWS Solutions
- Strong proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, Scala).
- Experience with data engineering principles, including data ingestion, processing, and transformation techniques.
Industry Experience :
Experience in cloud computing or a related field is required for this role, with a preference for candidates who have direct experience with AWS technologies and services.
