Change Manager

We are seeking an experienced Change Management Professional (CMP) with a background in IT investments. You will play a pivotal role in leading change management efforts for IT investments and system implementations within the program.

Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement strategies ensuring the seamless transition and adoption of new technologies and processes.

Key responsibilities include :

  • Change Management :
  • Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies to facilitate the successful adoption of program goals.
  • Assess organizational readiness for change and create tailored plans to address gaps.
  • Engage stakeholders at all levels to build understanding and commitment to change initiatives.
  • Change Management experience supporting a complex Federal program.
  • IT Investment Expertise :
  • Collaborate with IT teams to understand project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Evaluate the impact of IT investments on organizational processes and structures.
  • Provide insights into potential challenges and mitigation strategies related to IT investments.
  • Communication and Training :
  • Develop and execute communication plans to keep stakeholders informed about IT investment-related changes.
  • Design and deliver training programs to equip teams with the necessary skills and knowledge.
  • Risk Management :
  • Identify and assess potential risks associated with IT investments and change initiatives.
  • Develop risk mitigation plans to address and minimize potential disruptions.
  • Federal Experience :
  • Experience supporting a complex federal program.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role :

  • Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) or an equivalent recognized certification.
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years experience in leading change management initiatives for IT projects within complex federal programs.
  • Proven track record of successful stakeholder analysis, communication planning, and training development.
  • Minimum 10 years in-depth understanding and application of change management methodologies and best practices. Demonstrated ability to navigate complex IT environments and facilitate successful organizational transitions.
  • Strong collaborative skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to convey complex IT concepts in a clear and understandable manner for various audiences.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess the impact of IT changes on organizational processes.
  • Proven experience in developing and delivering training programs to enhance organizational capabilities and support change initiatives.

SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIRED : Must be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance. US Citizenship is a requirement for a Public Trust clearance at this location.
