Our client is looking to fill several bank teller positions in the Charlotte market area.
A Bank Teller’s primary responsibility is customer service. They must be knowledgeable about a range of bank operations and able to answer any questions a customer may have.
Other duties and responsibilities may include :
- Recording transactions, which involves logging checks and preparing transaction reports
- Counting and packaging currency
- Reconciling cash drawers
- Opening new accounts and helping with loan applications
- Exchanging foreign currency
- Promoting the bank’s products and services, such as checking and savings accounts, loans, certificates of deposit (CDs) and credit cards
- Keeping customers’ personal information confidential
- Communicating with other bank team members
No prior experience is required. Bi-lingual is a plus but not required. All resume will be reviewed.
