- 4+ years of relevant experience in drafting and negotiating commercial leases as a part of a well-known real estate firm with an emphasis on retail and industrial leases.
- JD from an accredited law school.
- Membership in good standing with New York State Bar.
- Strong academic credentials.
- Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
