We are looking for a Medical Director Veterinarian to assist with the transition of Feline only, to Canine and Feline clinic in Portland, Oregon.
Ideal Medical Director :
- Demonstrated leadership skill set and desire for leading a team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Entrepreneurial spirit and intrinsically motivated self-starter
- Fiscally motivated to grow business from current base to exceed double digits growth goals on an annual basis.
- Ability to mentor and coach associate veterinarians
- The highest quality medical standards
- Ability, desire and forethought to design and consistently enhance standards of care
- All other MD job description requirements
- 2+ years experience preferred
