Randstad is for looking for Process Technicians on a DIRECT HIRE basis in the

Grandview area!

B Shift 4pm-12am

$58,000 - $68,000

• Extensive knowledge of injection molding processes
• Ability to recognize defects
• Skills
• Able to adjust the machine to fix issue creating defects
• Knowledge around mold processes
• Ability to create processes
• Ability to purge barrels and adjust hydraulics and temperatures

Must pass Drug Screen

Company Description

Shoot primers and top coats to Mil specs on multiple surface types

Mix paints per manufactures specs

Preparation of parts prior to painting including masking, sanding, and cleaning

Complete workflow documentation thoroughly and properly as required

Inspection : Knowledge of the expected response and appearance of the material being painted

Clean and repair paint equipment

Touch-up parts as needed

Wear proper safety equipment (PPE) and follow safety procedures at all times

Keep work area clean

Some overtime may be required

Ability to regularly and frequently lift 50 pounds

Will be exposed to constant activity that requires intermittent standing, bending, crouching, twisting, pushing, pulling, lifting, moving, carrying light and heavy loads, and climbing stairs and ladders.

Requires manual dexterity sufficient to operate small power tools and other equipment
