We are in search of a motivated Director of Marketing for our lovely Parkside Health and Rehabilitation Center !
The Director of Marketing will be responsible for creating and implementing an overall marketing strategy and building relationships in the community while increasing patient census and fostering partnerships with physicians, clinics, hospitals, and including Assisted Living Facilities, Hospice, and Home Care companies.
This role involves acquiring the necessary and appropriate information to facilitate the admission of residents to the facility from home, hospital, or other facilities and completing the documents necessary for the admission process.

What You Need
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
- At least three (3) years’ experience in marketing management, preferably in health care
- Proven experience as Marketing Director, preferably in Senior Living / Skilled Nursing
- Ability to market aggressively and deal tactfully with customers and the community
