Job Description :
We are seeking a Litigation Legal Analyst to join our client's dynamic legal team. This role involves managing all aspects of litigation cases, ensuring efficient document management, and preparing necessary filings.
The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage the full cycle of litigation cases and related documents.
- Coordinate logistics and preparation of materials for court filings, hearings, arbitrations, and trials.
- Ensure case-related deadlines are identified and communicated.
- Research local rules of procedure and obtain relevant information.
- Draft routine filings and review legal citations for accuracy.
- Manage and execute electronic court filings.
Qualifications :
- 3-5 years of experience in a law firm.
- Experience in litigation and electronic filing procedures.
- Proficiency in Relativity.
- Juris Doctor (JD) is required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent project management and analytical skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to changing priorities.
Additional Details :
- Hybrid work schedule : 3 days in office (Monday and Friday remote).
- Travel required for domestic trials.
- Direct hire position with a 35-hour work week (9 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM).
