Leasing Coordinator
We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Property Administrator in the Real Estate - Developers industry, located in Somerset County.
The successful candidate will provide critical administrative support in a busy real estate development environment.
Responsibilities :
- Process intake information and applications with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Maintain and manage a robust and efficient database to enhance smooth operations
- Filing of documents and records in a systematic and retrievable manner
- Carry out ad-hoc administrative projects as assigned
- Utilize 'Yardi', 'Property Management', 'LIHTC', 'Section 8' skills to effectively perform job functions and contribute to the team's
success.
Must have LIHTC experience
