We are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team and support our Accountant and Office Staff in our construction shop.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Pleasant, positive, professional attitude

  • Ability to manage time efficiently, multi-task and learn quickly
  • Willing to learn new skills and take on new tasks
  • Must be reliable, punctual and have excellent attendance and work ethics

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide administrative support to all Managers, the Accountant, Estimator, Vice President and President / Owner.
  • Receive, review, verify, and process vendor invoices on a daily basis.
  • Reconcile credit card and vendor statements.
  • Print plans for all office staff.
  • Utilize accounting software such as American Contractor.
  • Assist with payroll management tasks.
  • Organize and maintain company files and packing slips.
  • Open & distribute incoming mail, packages, receive office deliveries.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong verbal and written skills
  • Excellent computer skills and typing
  • Tech savvy and proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word and Adobe PDF files.
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Construction Admin Experience a huge plus!

Work hours are flexible between 7am to 5pm.

Compensation depending on experience $25-$30.
