Delivery Driver Responsibilities Packing orders accurately through an inventory list audit Reviewing orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete Properly charging customers and maintaining accurate cash handling Properly scan purchased items into METRC Follow delivery routes provided by GPS mapping technology Deliver product while following all regulations Ensure continued vault organization and cleanliness.

Maintaining all proper documentation by remaining up to date on all auto insurance policies, DMV mandated registration and driver’s license Upholding the cleanliness and standard maintenance of their vehicles Strict adherence to company policies, BCC regulations and safety procedures.

Ensure efficient, timely deliveries while preserving the quality of each product through careful handling Provide excellent customer service with the intention of increasing customer satisfaction, ensuring customers depend on us for their future cannabis delivery needs Requirements : Must be at least 21 years of age Must have a valid CALIFORNIA Driver's License Must have a satisfactory motor vehicle record (MVR) Must have a high school diploma Knowledge of California driving laws and regulations Preferred Skills Effective communication and interpersonal skills Computer and technological competence Customer-centric mindset and excellent customer service skills High volume cash handling abilities Attention to detail and organization Ability to work well in a team or independently Great coordinating abilities and time management skills Self-motivated and self-driven Proven working experience as a delivery driver A high school diploma is required, but an associates degree or higher is preferred Familiarity with local streets and neighborhoods Working Conditions : A Delivery Specialist will be in a car, driving and / or sitting for long periods of time.

They will be working outside and may be exposed to weather, high levels of noise, and vehicle fumes during the job. They must have their phones with them at all times and will be required to use their personal cell phones frequently.

Physical Requirement : A Delivery Specialist should expect to sit for long periods of time and possess the ability to move and / or lift 30 lbs to 60 lbs.
